LONGWOOD, FL August 16th, 2023 - Longwood’s Drinking Water is Safe Recently the Orlando Sentinel published a series of articles relating to 1,4-dioxane contamination in drinking water in other areas. Because of this, the city received several inquiries from residents confirming the water in the City of Longwood was safe. In 2013, the City of Longwood tested for the 1,4-dioxane chemical within our wells, and it was determined to be nearly untraceable at <0.07 parts per billion. The City of Longwood
2023 Ultimate Car Show & Festival to benefit Meals on Wheels, Etc.
SANFORD, Fla. (Aug. 1, 2023) — Meals on Wheels, Etc. will be rolling into Longwood on Saturday, Sept. 30 alongside classic cars, sports cars and more for the 2023 Ultimate Car Show & Festival.
